Job Purpose
The (Senior) Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand performance within the CVRM/ or Biologics therapeutic area. The role focuses on translating brand strategy into effective execution, leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and omnichannel marketing to maximize business outcomes, patient access, and brand growth.Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Business Performance
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales performance, P&L targets, and pre-launch excellence.
- Define brand vision, positioning, narrative, KPIs, and content strategy aligned with global direction.
- Anticipate market trends and identify opportunities and risks based on data and insights.

Brand Plan Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand plans to ensure delivery of strategic goals.
- Design and implement customer engagement plans across multiple channels (omnichannel approach).
- Develop and manage content calendar, ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication.
- Drive service and customer journey improvements to enhance brand experience.

Cross-functional & External Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Optimize partnerships and ensure alignment with global and local requirements.

Customer, KOL & Market Engagement
- Engage and manage KOLs to gather insights and support brand development.
- Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and value proposition design.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to support brand objectives and market access strategies.

Digital & Omnichannel Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and omnichannel campaigns tailored to customer needs.
- Optimize digital tools and platforms to enhance engagement and customer experience.
- Leverage AI and data-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Analyze market research, customer insights, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Financial & Project Management
- Manage brand budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure timely execution of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Coach and develop direct reports, supporting their career growth and capability building.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (or related scientific field)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management with proven campaign execution success
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and marketing compliance in pharma
- Experience in cross-functional project management within complex organizations
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail, accountability, and execution excellence
