WHY THIS ROLE

Lead the Presales function by delivering enterprise technology solutions, supporting business growth, and partnering with Sales to maximize win rates across Digital Transformation, DMS, Loyalty, and enterprise software projects.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Lead and develop the Presales team
  • Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end business solutions
  • Prepare and review Proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, SOW, and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Drive presales best practices, resource estimation, and knowledge sharing

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Presales/Solution Consulting/Architecture (leadership preferred)
  • Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DMS, SaaS, Loyalty)
  • Strong SDLC, solution design, and analytical skills
  • Good communication, presentation, stakeholder management & English skills
