Job Purpose
The Account Manager serves as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams (Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Team). This role focuses on maintaining high client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Coordination- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Coordinate with Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery teams to ensure client requirements are executed effectively and on time.
- Organize and attend client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document key action items to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide digital transformation insights for clients.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing B2B client portfolio.
- Prepare company credentials, tailored pitch decks (PowerPoint), and ROI reports for stakeholders.
- Prepare case studies and content for email marketing campaigns to keep clients engaged with new solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand awareness and expand professional networks.
- Monitor account health, pipeline performance, and follow up on next steps under the CEO's guidance.
Requirements
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Account Management, IT Consulting, or Business Development within the software industry.
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is required.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing and AI productivity tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts under tight deadlines.
- High EQ, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate technical concepts clearly.
