Job Purpose

The Anesthesiologist is responsible for delivering safe and effective anesthesia care throughout the full procedure cycle from pre-operative assessment to post-anesthesia recovery ensuring patient safety and supporting clinical procedures within a multicultural medical team.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Operative Assessment & Planning

• Assess patients pre-operatively and determine appropriate anesthesia plans.

Anesthesia Administration & Monitoring

• Administer anesthesia for procedures as required.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure stability at all times.

Post-Anesthesia Care

• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery.

Clinical Collaboration

• Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology; valid medical license (home country and/or Vietnam, if applicable).

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Skills

• Basic English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong patient safety focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
