Job Purpose

The Finance Director leads the company’s overall financial strategy and operations to ensure financial health, optimize capital and cash flow, strengthen performance management and risk control, and provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Cash Flow Management

• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and optimize capital efficiency.

Budget & Performance Management

• Lead budget control across revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX, including variance analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to analyze performance and provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Investment & Financial Analysis

• Lead financial appraisal of strategic investments and develop financial models using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.
• Assess investment risks and monitor post-implementation financial performance.

Cost Structure & Pricing Strategy

• Analyze cost structures, key cost drivers, and optimization opportunities across business operations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with target margins and customer value.

Shareholder Relations & Capital Mobilization

• Manage relationships and financial communications with shareholders, investors, and relevant stakeholders, including shareholder meetings and required disclosures.
• Develop capital-raising strategies through bank financing, equity, and debt issuance to support business growth.

Risk Management, Internal Control & Compliance

• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial risks and fraud.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, financial, and corporate regulations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance & Accounting team while fostering a professional, integrity-driven, and value-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with all internal departments and external partners to support business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, or related fields.
• ACCA, CPA, or relevant professional qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• 20+ years in Finance, including 5+ years in senior Finance leadership.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, modeling, investment, cost, and risk management.

Skills

• Strategic thinking, analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excel, Financial Modeling, Power Query/Power BI, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and English proficiency.
