Key Responsibilities

- Take full responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, and market share.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies across ETC, OTC, B2B, and digital channels.
- Drive Branding & Communication, ensuring strong market positioning and strategic partnerships.
- Manage distributor networks and strengthen sales channels.
- Collaborate with R&D on product development in Clinical Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the GM on business and marketing plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team, managing performance via KPIs.
Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles within Pharmaceuticals & Nutrition.
- Strong expertise in ETC, OTC, online, B2B; proven experience in restructuring and data-driven management.
- Aggressive, results-oriented, and agile leadership style.
- Experience in clinical nutrition or pharmaceuticals (antibiotics, diabetes, cardiovascular, hypertension, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
