Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our portfolio of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and functional foods to drive brand growth and market share.
- Campaign Management: Oversee all marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including digital (online) and traditional (offline) activities, brand communications, PR events, and new product launches.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform product development roadmaps and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance & Budget Management: Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate ROI and campaign success.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster close collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Production departments to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
Key RequirementsÂ

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Cosmetics industries.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market, key distribution channels, and relevant healthcare industry regulations.
- Mindset: You possess a positive, creative, and decisive attitude. You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on finding effective solutions.
- Core Competencies: A genuine passion for personal and professional growth, combined with excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Language: Good command of English is a plus.
