Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

    • Work with HR Manager to roll out KPIs and support building the competency framework

    • Handle office procurement, facilities, service contracts, and stationery

    • Plan, organize, and review effectiveness of in-house training; coordinate with trainers/agencies

    • Prepare reports on KPIs, training outcomes, and manage HR/L&D budget

Key Requirements 

    • College/University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

    • 2–5 years of HR experience (KPI, competency, admin, L&D)

    • Pharma industry background is a plus

    • Strong Excel, good communication and cross-team collaboration skills

    • English communication and reading ability is an advantage
