About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Head – Vaccines & Immunology to lead our vaccines portfolio in Vietnam. This role requires strong commercial and strategic leadership to drive growth, optimize product positioning, and deliver patient centric solutions in line with public health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vaccines franchise to achieve portfolio P&L goals and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategy using scientific insight, market intelligence, and public health priorities.
• Engage with key external stakeholders, including healthcare authorities, HCPs, and partners.
• Drive launch excellence and cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, and Communications teams.
• Oversee sales force deployment, talent development, and leadership coaching.
• Ensure ethical business conduct, compliance, and effective inventory management.
• Champion innovative, patient-centric marketing and commercialization programs.

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years in Sales & Marketing leadership with proven success in launching and growing pharmaceutical products.
• Expertise in Vaccines, immunology, and public health.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills; fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Digital and data-driven marketing experience is a plus.
