Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Manager to drive medical strategy, scientific communication, and cross-functional collaboration across Cardiometabolic and Diabetes therapy areas. This role partners closely with internal teams and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and ensure high scientific standards.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead medical education, scientific communication, and training initiatives.
• Support evidence generation and publication activities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical teams and strengthen HCP/KOL engagement.
• Ensure medical compliance and contribute to cross-functional planning with Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access teams.

Key Requirements 

• Medical Doctor (MD) required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs or similar roles in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in medical projects or people management is a plus.
• Strong communication in Vietnamese & English.
