Job Description
Main Accountabilities
- Build and implement Market Access, Pricing, and Tender strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Shape the public policy environment and government engagement to support product reimbursement.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies to improve patient access to company medicines.
- Apply Health Economics, HTA, and Evidence-Based Medicine to market access strategies.
- Manage multi-channel access strategy (public, private, OOP).
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Commercial, GA, etc.) to execute access strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing Market Access team; manage projects and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and internal policies and represent the company in industry associations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (Master’s degree preferred).
- ~15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 8–10 years in similar senior leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Pricing, Payor negotiation, Market Access, and Tender management.
- Deep understanding of Health Economics, HTA, and healthcare systems.
- Proven experience working with and influencing regulatory/government bodies (MoH, Social Security, etc.).
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capability and team leadership experience.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; customer-focused and innovative mindset.
