Job Summary

The Account Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams (BA, PM). This role focuses on maintaining high client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Coordination

Executive Support: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers at client organizations. Project Oversight: Follow up with internal teams (Business Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery) to ensure client requirements are executed effectively and on time. Meeting Management: Organize and attend high-level client meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action items to ensure project alignment.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to provide digital transformation insights for clients. Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential opportunities for Upsell and Cross-sell within the existing B2B client portfolio. Company Credential Engagement: Lead the preparation of professional business credentials, tailored pitch decks (PowerPoint), and ROI reports for stakeholders.

Marketing & Brand Stewardship

Content Strategy: Oversee the preparation of high-quality case studies and content for email marketing campaigns to keep clients engaged with new solutions. Brand Ambassador: Participate in industry events as a brand representative to expand the professional network and strengthen the company’s market presence. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze account health, pipeline performance, and follow up on next steps with CEO guidance.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in account management, IT consulting, or business development within the software industry. Language: Fluent English communication skills are required. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for high-stakes presentations. Familiarity with CRM systems and Digital Marketing tools is a significant advantage. Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity is an advantage. Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts under tight deadlines. High EQ with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and coherently. A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
