Job Description
Location: Hanoi, with coverage of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen and nearby provinces. Portfolio: Neurology, Diabetes and Hepatitis

Job Purpose

Develop and execute ETC sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, expand hospital coverage and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Develop regional sales plans and allocate targets by territory, product and MR.
  • Drive sales growth in Hanoi and expand business across assigned provinces.
  • Identify priority hospitals and new business opportunities.

Hospital Listing & Customer Management

  • Lead hospital listing plans and monitor progress at target accounts.
  • Build relationships with doctors, pharmacists and key hospital stakeholders.
  • Support MRs in developing key accounts and addressing customer needs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach and evaluate a team of MRs.
  • Conduct joint field visits to improve product knowledge, selling skills and territory execution.
  • Monitor individual performance and implement improvement plans.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales results, market trends and competitor activities.
  • Report performance, sales forecasts and action plans to CM.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotional practices.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Pharmaceutical sales management experience, preferably in ETC.
  • Experience in hospital listing, market development and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of assigned hospitals and relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.

  • Able to multitask, work under pressure and travel frequently.
