Job Purpose

The Branch Director is fully responsible for business, operations, human resources, and regulatory compliance of the Hanoi Branch. This role ensures sustainable growth across both the Tender and ETC channels, represents the company in authorized activities, and maintains strict compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Management

  • Lead all commercial activities including sourcing, customer development, sales, tendering, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement business plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Drive ETC channel growth: expand customer/agent networks and build a high-performing sales team.

Regulatory, Tender & Authorized Operations

  • Represent the company (under authorization) in tender submissions, product registration, and import–export activities.
  • Ensure all operations fully comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and relevant state authorities.

Operations & Asset Management

  • Manage branch assets, warehouses, inventory, cash flow, and bank accounts.
  • Ensure financial integrity and strict adherence to internal policies.

Human Resources Management

  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning for all branch staff.
  • Build a disciplined, engaged, and high-performance work environment.

Compliance, Risk & Quality Management

  • Ensure compliance with GDP/GSP standards, branch licensing, and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Prepare for inspections by health authorities; identify risks and implement CAPA promptly.

Partnership & External Relations

  • Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Lead negotiations for sourcing and import activities in line with the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Pharmacist degree is strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or senior leadership within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in tendering, business development, and ETC sales management.
