Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead a Biologics/Specialty brand, driving marketing strategy, sales growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies, including omnichannel campaigns.
  • Generate market insights and engage with KOLs and field teams.
  • Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to ensure effective execution.

Key Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; MBA/PhD is a plus.
  • 3–5 years in pharmaceuticals, with marketing or related experience; Biologics/Immunology experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance requirements.
