Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Planning
- Build and lead strategic brand plan to drive awareness, usage, and loyalty in both ETC and cosmetic channels.
- Define clear positioning, brand key message & value proposition.
- Identify growth levers based on consumer & market insights (product, channel, communication).
- Marketing Execution
- Lead & implement ATL, BTL, Digital, KOL, PR & medical detailing campaigns.
- Plan and execute key launches, events, and brand activations.
- Work hands-on with ABM, agencies & cross-functions to ensure flawless execution.
- P&L Management & ROI Ownership
- Build and manage brand marketing budget.
- Track performance, analyze channel ROI, propose investment reallocation based on data.
- Leadership & People Management
- Coach and develop ABM to ensure capability building and succession readiness.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align business priorities.
Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or Business.
- 3+ years in brand management (CHC, OTC, cosmetics, or pharma industry preferred)
- Proven experience in managing both ETC (hospital/pharmacy) & retail (cosmetic/consumer) channels
- Familiar with ATL/BTL/Digital and working with agencies & KOLs
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to connect business and marketing KPIs
- Hands-on and detail-oriented; comfortable with execution under time pressure
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
