Key Responsibilities 

• • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the hospital's long-term vision and business strategy.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the hospital's P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise all daily operations to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Team & Culture: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team; foster a culture of quality and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary representative of the hospital to partners, government agencies, and the community.

Qualifications

• • 10+ years of leadership experience in managing a 200+ bed hospital.
  • Deep understanding of international quality standards (JCI / ACHSI).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
