Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop the company's 3–5 year vision, strategy, and development roadmap.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the company (revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, cash flow).
- Formulate long-term budgets, approve strategic expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop the product portfolio strategy and a pricing policy based on scientific value.
- Marketing & Commercial
- Lead the commercial strategy across all channels: ETC, OTC, B2B, and Online.
- Position the brand as "Expert-driven, in-depth scientific nutrition, distinct from mass-market products."
- Manage the Marketing budget, optimize ROI, and monitor sales performance.
- Analyze market data and measure distribution channel effectiveness (sell-in/sell-out, OTIF, inventory levels).
- Implement Digital Marketing, CRM, scientific seminars, and KOL engagement activities.
- Drive new product development and identify breakthrough growth segments.
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory, and import/production planning.
- Ensure operational KPIs are met: OTIF >95%, maintain optimal inventory levels, and minimize stock-outs.
- Optimize logistics costs and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Finance & Risk
- Manage cash flow and optimize the working capital cycle (DSO, DPO, Inventory Days).
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and audit-ready.
- Collaborate with the CFO on tax planning, capital management, and risk governance.
- Establish a robust internal control system.
- Regulatory & Quality
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations: MOH, GMP, GDP, pharmaceutical advertising.
- Oversee product registration and manage legal dossiers.
- Manage pharmacovigilance processes, recall plans, and complaint handling procedures.
- R&D & Product
- Define the pipeline for scientific Pharmaceutical & Nutrition products.
- Collaborate with the R&D department on formula development and scientific evidence gathering.
- Manage the product life cycle: registration, improvements, and portfolio expansion.
- People & Culture
- Manage all departments: Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, R&D, Legal, and Supply Chain.
- Build a succession leadership team; coach and develop personnel.
- Foster a culture of execution, accountability, and transparency to build a cohesive team.
- Establish a reward mechanism, including ESOP/bonuses linked to KPIs.
- Partnerships & External Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, research institutes, pharmacy chains, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company in partnerships and strategic contract negotiations.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher (Pharmacy / Business / Marketing); MBA is preferred.
- ≥12–15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Nutrition industry, with at least 5 years in a P&L management role.
- Proven track record of managing annual revenue between VND 500–1,500 billion.
- Hands-on experience with ETC, OTC, B2B, and Online channels.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, GMP, GDP, and marketing regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis, P&L management, KPIs, and marketing ROI.
- High-level commercial negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
