Job Purpose

The Dermatologist is responsible for delivering professional dermatology consultation and aesthetic treatment services while ensuring high standards of medical safety, treatment quality, and customer experience. This role also contributes to operational excellence, customer retention, and continuous service improvement within the clinic system.

Key Responsibilities

Dermatology Consultation & Treatment

• Conduct skin assessments, medical consultations, and treatment recommendations for customers.
• Perform aesthetic dermatology procedures such as filler, botox, thread lifting, laser, and other related treatments.
• Monitor treatment progress and provide post-treatment support to customers.

Medical Safety & Customer Care

• Ensure compliance with medical safety standards and treatment protocols.
• Handle customer concerns, treatment feedback, and service-related incidents professionally.
• Support customers throughout the treatment and recovery process.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation accurately.
• Contribute to service quality improvement and operational efficience initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Graduated from a Medical University with a Medical Doctor degree
• Specialized in Dermatology (CKI or 18-month Practice Certificate)
• Certified in Dermatology & Aesthetic Procedures (Laser, Fillers, Botox, Thread Lift)

Experience

• Hands-on experience in filler injection, botox, and thread lifting.
• Experience in dermatology consultation and aesthetic treatment services is preferred.
