Key Responsibilities

- Develop & implement Digital Marketing strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Website, YouTube, etc.
- Grow credible, engaging, and trustworthy content channels.
- Design a complete customer experience: from the first point of contact to consultation, purchase, and retention.
- Manage the marketing budget, proactively run Ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google) with clear KPIs.
- Operate CRM and automation systems (email, chatbot, Zalo, etc.) to increase efficiency and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate & train the content, customer service, telesales, and ads operator teams like a mini-business owner.
- Continuously measure and analyze data, proposing new strategies and tools for optimization.
Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven record of managing channels with >100K followers or successful e-commerce projects.
- A strong understanding of Content Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, CRM, and Automation.
- Strategic thinking, data analysis skills, with the ability to set direction and optimize content.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and being directly responsible for ROI.
