Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and accuracy of financial and management reports, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
- Develop and control budgets, manage OPEX, and review PA/PO in line with internal financial procedures.
- Conduct financial performance analysis and build business models & cases for investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with VAS and internal control standards.
- Lead, train, and develop the Finance Specialists, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a hospital or service chain environment.
- Experience with Hospital Information System and Oracle is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
