Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the preparation and accuracy of financial and management reports, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
  • Develop and control budgets, manage OPEX, and review PA/PO in line with internal financial procedures.
  • Conduct financial performance analysis and build business models & cases for investment projects.
  • Ensure compliance with VAS and internal control standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop the Finance Specialists, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a hospital or service chain environment.
  • Experience with Hospital Information System and Oracle is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written).
