Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

    • Human Resources
      • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
      • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
      • Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
      • Coordinate onboarding and soft skills training programs.
      • Manage performance review cycles and development plans.
      • Coordinate with external partner (Talentnet) to ensure accurate payroll processing.
      • Supervise and support HR team member.
    • Administration
      • Oversee general office administration and facility management.
      • Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination with vendors.

Key Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • At least 7 years of HR & Admin experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written). 
    • Experience in multinational or pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
