Key Responsibilities

- Human Resources
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and soft skills training programs.
- Manage performance review cycles and development plans.
- Coordinate with external partner (Talentnet) to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Supervise and support HR team member.
- Administration
- Oversee general office administration and facility management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination with vendors.
- Human Resources
Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 7 years of HR & Admin experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in multinational or pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
