Key Responsibilities

Work with HR Manager to roll out KPIs and support building the competency framework

Handle office procurement, facilities, service contracts, and stationery

Plan, organize, and review effectiveness of in-house training; coordinate with trainers/agencies

Prepare reports on KPIs, training outcomes, and manage HR/L&D budget

Key Requirements
-

College/University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
-
2–5 years of HR experience (KPI, competency, admin, L&D)
-
Pharma industry background is a plus
-
Strong Excel, good communication and cross-team collaboration skills

English communication and reading ability is an advantage
