Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Be in charge of all insurance accounting for the hospital (Social Health Insurance & private insurance).
- Check, reconcile, and record insurance claims for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Work directly with the Social Health Insurance agency, Social Security, and private insurance companies.
- Ensure insurance claims are complete, valid, and compliant with regulations and the hospital fee approval process.
- Stay updated on new insurance regulations and effectively implement them on the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Work closely with the Hospital Fees, Medical Records, and Customer Care departments to process insurance claims in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner.
Key Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an Insurance Accountant / Health Insurance Claims position; experience working in a hospital or healthcare system is preferred.
- A strong understanding of the claim approval and hospital fee payment process.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HIS.
- Meticulous, proactive, highly responsible, and able to work independently.
