Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

    • Promote products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
    • Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customers.
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, indications, and usage.
    • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategies.
    • Actively participate in regional meetings, national congresses, and company training programs. 
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access).
    • Ensure strict adherence to Business Ethics, local laws, and company’s policies/guidelines.

Key Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative (ETC/OTC channel).
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
