Key Responsibilities

- Promote products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, indications, and usage.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategies.
- Actively participate in regional meetings, national congresses, and company training programs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access).
- Ensure strict adherence to Business Ethics, local laws, and company’s policies/guidelines.
Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative (ETC/OTC channel).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
