Key Responsibilities

- Lead nationwide sales to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Translate national/regional sales goals into actionable territory plans; guide and support RSMs & ASMs.
- Implement sales & marketing strategies to strengthen weak regions and drive new product performance.
- Monitor performance, analyze sales trends, and ensure compliance with systems and processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and core customers.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team for long-term success.
Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 8–10 years of proven sales leadership experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams nationwide.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Self-driven, fast learner, business ownership mindset, and willing to travel extensively.
