Job Purpose
The Performance Marketing Leader is responsible for leading the Performance Marketing team to drive business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing paid media campaigns, improving lead generation and conversion performance, and achieving business KPIs through effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team to achieve revenue, lead, conversion, and cost KPIs.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and optimize team productivity.
- Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs for each team member and marketing channel.
- Coach, develop, and enhance the capabilities of team members.
Performance Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo, and other paid channels.
- Manage advertising budgets according to the approved marketing plan.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve the best results.
Marketing Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze marketing data and recommend solutions to improve sales conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Design teams to optimize the sales funnel.
Performance Reporting
- Monitor daily work progress and campaign performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Identify and report issues related to systems, content, market conditions, and user trends in a timely manner.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.
- Experience managing large-scale digital advertising budgets.
Skills
- Strong expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, and budget management.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and tracking technologies (Pixel, Conversion API & Attribution).
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA & Conversion Rate).
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
