Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager (ETC) to drive brand strategy, strengthen product positioning in hospital channels, and execute impactful medical–marketing activities.Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategy & positioning for ETC/hospital channel.
- Localize and execute marketing plans, ATL/BTL campaigns & activation programs in hospitals.
- Organize product launches, scientific events, conferences & HCP engagement activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights & product performance to optimize plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory & Compliance teams to support ETC growth.
- Manage marketing budget & propose new products/SKUs to expand portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (preferred).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in ETC/hospital channel.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, teamwork & stakeholder management.
