Key Responsibilities 

• • Plan and carry out new product R&D, and improve product quality.
  • Introduce and apply advanced technology in production.
  • Oversee quality standards and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the R&D team.

Key Requirements 

• • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or higher, with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, with proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Good command of technical English, creative thinking, and a proactive approach.
