Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

    • Conduct daily medical calls with appropriate frequency to identified customers.
    • Identify customer needs, support pull-through of demand generation activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensure that our product value proposition is demonstrating value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and their patients.
    • Business Planning, Account Understanding and Analysis: Understand the dynamics within the territory (e.g. impact of managed care, customers, competitors, patient demographics), then draw upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive business action plan by cycle.
    • Execute business action plan in assigned territory to ensure KPIs are achieved in addressing customers’ need.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, tender, medical, managers) to deploy the campaigns, projects for customers engagement.
    • Support and lead the listing or purchase situation in the assigned accounts.
    • Defining account metrics and conduct a tracking plan.
    • Generate timely reports for tracking KPIs and share the progress with District Manager.
    • Proactively propose to adjust activities if any challenges or oppotunities (environment; policies; regulation; competitiveness…) which impact to business.
    • Display professional Medical Representative image during interaction with customers and bring good solutions for HCPs and patients.
    • Ensure compliance with company policy.

Key Requirements 

    • Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry with OTC management background.
    • 2 years’ experience with pharmacy sales.
    • Previous experience within the Therapeutic area and/or customer base.
    • Ability to adapt with the changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry (policy, digital, ...).
    • Familiarity and relationships with key pharmacies & pharmacy chains are prefered.
    • Strong knowledge of customer/business account strategy.
    • Understanding of local healthcare and pharmaceutical systems.
    • Be trusted and drive results following the compliance and company policy.
