Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Identify training needs, design and implement competency-based programs aligned with business goals.
- Deliver induction, product, compliance, and Professional Selling Skills (PSS) training via classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
- Provide 1:1 coaching, conduct field visits, and guide First-Line Managers to enhance on-the-job performance.
- Track training outcomes, assess impact, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, QA, and HR to ensure training relevance and consistency.
- Promote continuous learning, integrate industry best practices, and drive professional development initiatives.
Key RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- 5+ years in pharma industry with strong exposure to training delivery; prior experience as Field Force Manager is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs, including role-play, workshops, and coaching.
- Familiar with PV, Code of Conduct, and other regulatory training content.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.
