Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead, organize, manage, and oversee all Finance & Accounting functions, including financial management, accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial control across the Head Office and branches located in Hanoi, Vinh, Hai Phong, Central Highlands, Central Vietnam, and Can Tho. Report directly to the CEO and serve as a strategic business partner by providing financial leadership and advisory support to ensure sound financial governance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth for an import-export and distribution company- Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including planning, allocation, monitoring, and budgetary control across the organization.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, funding requirements, and banking/financial institution relationships.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and credit control to optimize cash conversion and minimize financial risk.
- Monitor operating costs, analyze business performance, and drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory valuation, inventory control, and working capital optimization.
- Oversee financial management of import-export operations, including international trade finance and cross-border payment transactions.
- Direct and ensure the effective operation of the Company's accounting system across all business entities and branches.
- Prepare, review, and analyze statutory financial statements and management reports, providing timely insights to senior management.
- Lead tax planning, tax compliance, and ensure adherence to all applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
- Establish and strengthen internal control systems and financial risk management frameworks.
- Oversee the management of company assets, fixed assets, and tools & equipment.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, system enhancement, and digitalization of Finance & Accounting operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to build organizational capability and high performance.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related discipline.
- CPA qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role with responsibilities equivalent to CFO, Finance Director, or Chief Accountant.
- Prior experience in Joint Stock Companies is preferred.

- Strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and relevant statutory regulations.
- Strong financial reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting capabilities.
- Proven leadership in internal control, corporate governance, and team management.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
