JOB PURPOSE

The Nurse provides high-quality medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the Head Nurse and Doctors, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice while supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Provide high-quality medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the Head Nurse and Doctors.
• Measure vital signs, draw blood, and set up IV lines for various patient groups.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies when required.

Patient & Family Education

• Educate and guide patients and their families in following doctors' instructions.
• Treat all patients and relatives with respect and dignity at all times.

Professional Standards & Compliance

• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and nursing practice.
• Maintain professional nursing standards through continuous education and compliance with Department of Health regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing
• Valid Nursing Practicing License

Experience

• +2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Previous experience in hospitals or clinics within an international environment is a strong advantage

Skills

• Demonstrated patience, teamwork, and a strong patient-centered approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
