Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned area by executing the Area Strategy, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships through a clear Data-Based Strategy (DBS) and the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Visit customers and present the value and benefits of pharmaceutical and medical device products in the assigned area (Hanoi City/Ho Chi Minh/Southwest & Central).
  • Contribute to formulating the annual Area Strategy and take ownership of customer management to grow sales and market share.

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
  • Report customer feedback to support business development.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Record all daily sales activities following the SFE process and Daily Call 5 Steps 3.

Sales Team Management

  • Bear management responsibility for the sales team.
  • Apply people management and coaching skills to support team performance and target achievement.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrate outstanding ability to understand and analyze customer needs.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (e.g., Team Leader or Supervisor).
  • Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Target-driven with strong people management and coaching skills (most important).
  • Proficient in SFE, SPO, PGMs, and IT tools/systems (ZOHO CRM, Google Workspace).
  • High commitment to continuous learning, ethical standards, and Compliance/Code of Conduct.
