Role Overview

We are hiring a Branch Director to lead our Hanoi operations, covering business growth, tender activities, OTC development, compliance, and overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities: sourcing, sales, tender, customer development, OTC growth.
• Build & execute business plans; drive teams to achieve KPIs.
• Represent the company (under authorization) in tendering, import–export & product registration.
• Manage assets, warehouse, inventory, cash flow & financial compliance.
• Recruit, train & manage branch staff; build a high-performance team.
• Ensure compliance with GDP/GSP and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with authorities, partners & suppliers.

Key Requirements 

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical branch/business management.
• Bachelor’s degree; Pharmacist preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation & operational management skills.
