Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company operations across Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, and Biotechnology; support the Nutrition R&D division in planning, execution, and performance monitoring in line with plans approved by the Orgalife CEO.
- Lead new product development projects for the nutrition channel and report directly to the Board of Directors and Group Executive Management throughout the project coordination process.
- Analyze domestic and international markets to identify high-potential therapeutic areas, then source partners with compatible products and markets for distribution partnerships, technology transfers, product registration in SRA-member countries, and domestic/export manufacturing and sales collaboration.
- Collaborate with international laboratory partners to transfer manufacturing processes, bioequivalence protocols, and clinical research methods; provide contract research services to multinational labs and companies in the areas of reference drug research, process transfer for partner manufacturing, and competitive-cost bioequivalence and clinical research services that meet international standards.
- Identify and engage multinational companies requiring product dossier registration services in Vietnam.
- Partner with international laboratories in bioequivalence and clinical research to support the market rollout of IMM-manufactured products in Vietnam.
- Develop collaboration in test kit technologies, digestive enzymes, and natural active ingredient extraction at the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park.
- Actively participate in international scientific conferences and industry trade fairs to stay current on market trends and opportunities.
- Lead product registration efforts and work with distribution and manufacturing partners for medical nutrition and consumer nutrition products in overseas markets, developing stage-by-stage business cooperation plans tailored to each country.
- Analyze sales team data to shape the company's strategic business direction and guide R&D center development in alignment with market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition, or Business Administration with a focus on health sciences; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical nutrition, including at least 5 years in a management role.
- Hands-on experience with technology transfer, new product development, bioequivalence research, clinical trials, or R&D operations.
- Proven track record working with international partners in research, product registration, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong market analysis skills with the ability to build strategic product development plans for both domestic and international markets.
- Capable of managing multi-departmental projects and driving execution according to approved plans.
- Proficient in English for professional working environments and international negotiations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work and willingness to engage in international partnerships, conferences, and business development activities as required.
